In response to ongoing developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Grayson and Company has implemented an operational plan that aims to protect our employees, clients, colleagues and the greater community while continuing to deliver uninterrupted legal services.
Among other things, we have implemented new policies which will increase the level of hygiene, promote social distancing and help to reduce the risk of exposure. We have also provided increased technological resources for our lawyers and staff to enhance our remote interactions, and are asking that all non-essential meetings be conducted by phone. If you do not feel comfortable conducting your meeting with your lawyer by phone, please ask them about the potential of Skype and/or Facetime meetings.
Please work closely with your primary contacts at the firm to determine the most appropriate method of communication based upon your needs and circumstances.
However, should it be necessary to meet in person our office has taken the following steps:
• We are only allowing ONE (1) client in our office at a time and by appointment only.
• We can also meet our clients in their car for signing of documents.
• In either case we will continue to maintain the 6 foot social distancing.
• All surfaces that could spread COVID-19 will be thoroughly and appropriately cleaned after each appointment and no less than three times per day.
No member of our team has travelled outside of Canada in the past two weeks.
We look forward to working together throughout this challenging time to ensure the best possible outcome is ultimately achieved and to maintain the continued level of quality work you have come to expect from Grayson & Company.
